You can determine what service pack is currently installed by running WorkplaceManagement. The service pack will be displayed under the WorkplaceManagement logo at the top left of the project management screen.
1. Download the latest version of WorkplaceManagement from here:
http://workplacemanagement.isimsoftware.com/Download.html
2. Rename the existing WorkplaceManagement folder "C:\Program Files\WorkplaceManagement 4" to "C:\Program Files\WorkplaceManagement 4(old)"
3. Install WorkplaceManagement to the default folder.
4. Enter your activation key. This should have been emailed to you when you purchased the software.
5. Copy any active project folders from "C:\Program Files\WorkplaceManagement 4(old)"
